We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, our Cardiologist and Nurse-Practitioner will review your Cardiovascular and medical history. For diagnosis, they will examine both the electrical system and pumping system of your heart. From there, the Cardiologist or NP will explain speak with you about any issues and conditions, and help you choose options for treatment.

Directions:
Going North on Interstate 5, take the Lakeway Drive exit. We are located across the street from the stop sign, at the corner of Potter and King.
Going South on Interstate 5, take the Lakeway Drive exit. Stay in the left lane and turn left onto Lakeway Drive. Turn left at King Street and we are ½ block down on the corner of King and Potter.

Arriving prepared ensures a smooth and productive first visit with us, some key points to get you ready:
Please remember to bring:
- A state-issued picture ID
- Current medication list
- Insurance card and billing info, and a referral for a specialist if required by your insurance.
Plan to spend about an hour in the office for your comprehensive new patient visit, follow-up visits are much shorter.
